Return Policy
In-brands.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Merchandise must be returned with the original tags it was shipped out with.

Merchandise that has NOT been worn, washed, or altered in any way may be returned within 5 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund or an exchange (see exceptions below). Please include your name and order number with the return.

Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach In-brands.com.

We recommend that youinsure your package and use a shipper, such as the International mail or Express that allows you to track your package.

Please note: We do not refund original shipping and handling charges. the picture might have some differences with the exact items on the color,which depends on the background light and other connected reasons.if for this sutiation,we would not consider the refund.

For illustration purposes only! We do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, the panties, and items that have been worn,altered, washed or damaged. Items that are marked final sale are not returnable or exchangeable.

We will accept returns on swimwear only if the tags and panty guard are still intact.

Legally, we are not allowed to accept returns on swimwear that has had the panty guard removed.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order in order to return the product for an exchange. If you notify us after 3 days, we will only accept the item at our discretion.

Please note : Customers are responsible for customs and import duties.

Most orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined once your package reaches the country.

Our shipping charge DOES NOT include these fees. In-brands.com does not collect these duties and taxes and cannot determine what these particular charges will be.

If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. In-brands.com will not reimburse shipping charges if the customer refuses to pay these duties.
